Daughter bought to help with sleep . She has anxiety. She enjoys a good night sleep now. She feels like she is snuggled up.

This is really great to keep warm. Perfect for winter and great if you don’t like having multiple blankets on your bed. The weight is helpful if you toss and turn before bed.

Nice and soft, but wont be using it til winter

This blanket is everything I'd hoped it would be and more. The colors are gorgeous. It is soo soft on both sides. The 48 x 72 size is great for cuddling into on the couch, but also for generously covering my side of our queen size bed at night. The fifteen pounds is heavier than I expected and feels very comforting and soothing. One thing I worried about was whether it would be too hot (I'm in Florida 🥵), but it's not at all. We have many other blankets that are thinner but make me overheat. This must have some magical built-in breathability because it doesn't make this post menopausal woman hot, just calm and cozy.If it has any downsides I suppose they would be that 1) it's pretty heavy so moving it every day from sofa to bed might not be for everyone so maybe keep it in your preferred spot, and 2) washing suggestions are to either spot clean or use commercial washer. I'll gladly take it to the laundromat once every so often. It's totally worth it!

i loved my first purchase of this blanket so much that i bought my mother one as part of her mother’s day gift. have had it for a couple months now, has been through the wash, and is still most definitely intact! you will lose a little bit of fur over time, but not enough to take away from the texture at all, almost like having cats LOL. she enjoys the weight, and i know i do as well. you will sleep like a baby and will never want to purchase a normal blanket again. 10/10, would buy again :)
