I bought these socks in January 2022 and they are still in great shape. Without question, these are the best socks I've ever purchased. I'm normally lucky to get 1 year out of a set of socks that I wear once a week, but these are over 2 years old and still going strong.

If you like over-the-calf socks, get these! They stay up, they're super comfortable and they're perfect for long days on your feet.

I first bought these socks and they fit exceptionally well. Full length over the calf and very comfortable, so I decided to buy more since there isn’t enough in one bag.When the second and third bags came in they were noticeably different. Much shorter socks that fit like crew socks that slide down your leg all day.Beware if you want these it may be worth buying a bigger size than you need otherwise you may as well go buy the crappy crew socks from Walmart.There is no way to actually contact the company so hopefully Amazon can send me some full length socks that I originally ordered.

I have been wearing steel toe work boots daily for over a decade. I have tried every variation of socks that are made and these are my favorite so far. They are stretchy enough to be easy to pull on and off while being reasonably durable.

I have purchased the Carolina Ultimate Steel Toe Boot Cushion Over the Calf Socks 5 different times over the last 18 months. The first 3 orders were the best sock I have ever found - and those ones have held up extremely well. The last 2 purchases have been getting progressively thinner. In the spring of '23 I ordered them again. After receiving and returning only 2 pair (as others have mentioned as well), I finally got the 4 pairs I ordered. I suspected these socks were thinner and confirmed it by weighing them - they weighed 12 grams (.4 oz) lighter than the originals. After washing them, they still felt thinner, but I figured I could use them for general wearing instead of with my steel toe boots. I ordered these again in early September '23, hoping the last time was a temporary change. I was seriously disappointed - the socks now are very thin. They feel like a dress sock instead of a boot sock. They also weigh 40 grams (1.4 oz) less per pair when compared to the originals. That is a 30% decrease in the weight. I cannot use these in my boots or for general wear and have returned them. I wanted everyone else to know that the quality & fabric of these socks has drastically changed for the worse. They probably figured they could scrimp on the quality and keep selling them under the same name. Shameful business practice in my opinion. I would have been perfectly happy paying more for the same great quality, but not pleased with them trying to sneak these degraded socks in under the same name.

These socks are very comfortable and just about perfect for those of us who wear boots all day. The only reason this product will not receive a 5 star rating is due to the fact of not enough grip at the top. They keep falling down. A bit more elastic around the top band would be very helpful in alleviating this one issue but alas, there is not enough grip up top. If you sit for a while, probably not a huge issue , but for those that are active, prepare to constantly bend over to yank ‘em up.

My son needed socks that wouldn't slide down in his boots. These work great and he's happy!
