I didn't expect all of this out of this price
I didn't know How good is a head band on me until it came as a bonus with wrist bands, didn't expect good packaging and a greeting catalogue.

It is OK, but not thick enough to absorb sweat. You will need to change during your exercise if you are sweating a lot like me.
