Does it come with the pillow?

It does not come with a pillow however I did purchase this pillow off Amazon (WEEKENDER Down Alternative Hotel Quality 100% Cotton Cover-Soft Queen, White Pillow). It is super squishy and comfortable and is perfect for hugging. I would recommend purchasing the standard size of this pillow versus the Queen size though as the queen sticks out of the case a little.
