I've tried several brands and suppliers and these really hold up better than all the rest. The sticker part, sticks well and stays on and the cushion doesn't break down quickly. I use them in my work doc martins and they make a huge difference with foot pain and support. Easy to apply too.

I really like this product as it allows me to wear heels again. The balls of my feet ache after wearing heels for even just a short time, and this helps. My only complaint and the reason for the 4 stars is the adhesive on some were not that great, but I added a dab of glue to the back and that worked. It really does make a difference, and I highly recommend for anyone.

For some reason my regular shoes are running big on me. So I found this product and it is amazing. Not only takes like half a size of a shoe but nakes then more comfy!

These did not work too well. I have a narrow heel so shoes often feel too roomy in the back. Put them in some boots but they slipped out of position when I tried to pull the boots on and I could not use them. Kept them because they would probably work better for regular shoes.

My shoe size has been changing for the last five years. Or maybe my feet have been changing. My lifetime shoe size was 8 1/2 narrow, to 9 narrow, to 9 1/2 narrow in sneakers. And now and any non-athletic shoe in those sizes don’t fit. I purchased a really great pair of boots and the width and the front was great! But the heel was extremely large. So I bought these, tried them and voilà! I don’t have to send the boots back. Yay!Not sure about the adhesive yet. Just wore the boots once so far. It’s a little tricky, getting them into a booty but I’m certain they’re going to be great for my dress pumps. Thank you!

Works great for my work heels. Easy to install and very comfortable.

I must have the world's narrowest heels. Sadly, the silicone did not grab my heels at all. They continued to slide up and down, out of the shoe, with each step. I was seeking more tackiness. I also felt like they were simply jamming my foot forward in the shoe, rather then actually narrowing the heel. Next!

Don’t waste your money they have good adhesive. They fit in place but the shoe I put them in my foot kept slipping out it does not create a snug enough fit for your shoe. Don’t waste your money. It literally feels like there’s something stuck in your shoe, the bottom portion that goes under your heel Basically pushes your foot out of the shoe that you couldn’t fit in the first place . Don’t waste your money get something better.

Product is fantastic! Good amount of adhesive ensures it stays in place while in the shoe. The gel has good grip on the foot so not slipping. I peeled the backing of the heel area down like a flap to insert the heel portion to be aligned with the heel on my shoe. Then I slowly pulled the backing flap from underneath the soul part pushing down on the adhesive into the bottom of the shoe to ensure it is properly placed.
