i am very disappointed with the order as i had some delivery guy calling me daily to pay for some shipment and i know i had not ordered any shipment that needed me to pay as no where did it mention while booking that i will have to pay additionally 29 AED to have it picked or delivered. i though a friend has delivered something from UK so decided to check the package and pay the delivery charges only to be disappointed to realize this is what was delivered.additionally about the product: - 1. It does not look like the picture the stairs are straight not zig zag as shown in the picture2. Incense stick was hardly 10 not 50 pieces as mentioned in the descriptionDO NOT BUY from this Vendor.. Very disappointed.

Be careful when burning backflow incense as it leaks through the bottom and stains tables. Keep something underneath when using it over it looks just like the picture.

Was really afraid after I ordered this item as some reviews stated that no incense cons were providedBut not only i got some cons, but a nice mat for it as wellIts nice and delivery was fastGive it a try, I know it worked well for me

The waterfall itself is good. But when I asked if it comes with Blackflow incense, Brian Oursler said yes, & based on that I didn’t buy. But it came without any incenses

The product is good.The delivery boy was really really disappointing, does not have any manner and disrespectful with clients was in so rush that he don't even want to reply and and giving illogical reasons and was abusing as well.
