If you're looking to buy a 14-18 inch doll but don't want to spend tons of money then this doll is for you! Extremely good quality at a fraction of the cost. Her adorable clothes are well made as is her cute little backpack. My only complaint is the hat. It comes attached to the doll's head with those plastic tags and once you cut them off the hat does NOT stay on. Wish there was some sort of elastic in it to keep it from falling off her head every five seconds, but for the price I'll deal with it.

We bought it on a deal for under $10. So it has been an amazing doll for that price. It is her favorite. Her hair is fine after taking the elastics out. She loves the backpack. Her face is a very sweet.

The Jaimee doll itself is *ADORABLE*... BUT, her arm/plastic internal rotator ball, broke w the first movement. I'd even warned my daughter to be extra careful, after having read the reviews and it still broke w the slightest movement. She was so let down.

Quality wise it is comparable to American Girl, but price is way much lower. I bought another blond doll in the same series too, also beautiful!The reason I give it 4 is because I think the skin color is a little bit darker even for Asians.

I have had a rather difficult time finding Asian dolls---this one if very cute! It will make a nice "little sister" for my granddaughter's One Generation "May Lee" doll :) A great price! Very prompt service!
