I only used it twice so I can’t judge if it actually lifts the jaw however it broke my skin so badly even though I washed itIf you want to left your skin use gua Sha it worked wonders for me

Faulty product
The product I received was faulty. The locking patch have same pattern in both sides so impossible to close it on top of a head.

Easy to use, Velcro, fits all sizes...
It does the trick. The velcro allows you to adjust for a larger or smaller head lol or to make it as tight as you prefer. I did wash it, because like so many other things that I have bought on Amazon there was a smell similar to gasoline. I don’t know if these cheap products are sitting in hot containers for long periods of time or what. However, you definitely should wash it first as it is going on your face. It seems like it will fit all different sizes. 30 minutes to an hour here or there is ideal. I could not sleep in this, although I guess I could for a night or two if I REALLY needed to do so. It’s easy to use and works well.

This probably works but I have a Medium size head and this chin strap fits very tight and can get uncomfortable during use. Sorry ladies with big heads and medium heads not going to work for you. If you a woman with a small head then its good. But for me Nah.

Pulled my jaw and neck muscles, had headache for days
I have thick full hair so I had to really make the fit tight to stay in place... I could only keep it on for so long ago I took it off... Then the next day my jaw and neck muscles were so tight that it caused a horrible headache I could not get rid of for several days.
