Such an incredible person, nutritionist and all round inspiring influencer. Rosie authentically shares her own story with burnout and how she healed herself when she came across blockers to diagnosis. Her book is fabulous, easy, nutritious and fun recipes and tried and tested tips to help us all recover from burnout. Especially in the current situation where burnout really is a B&£ch!! Thanks Rosie
