Good bike, robust and recommended
Excellent and robust product. It does what it says and what it should. Suitable for beginners and maybe also more experienced. A good pandemics companion. I recommend it and would buy it again.

Great bike - Good quality and nice ride
Very happy with this bike so far!The box weighs about 85lbs, so enlist a friend to help you get it downstairs (or wherever). It was very simple to put together. Took me about 15mins.No additional tools were needed (everything required is in the box: one Allen key, and one multi-wrench/philips screwdriver).First ImpressionVery sturdy welded frame, and all materials are good quality/feel. It looks pretty nice too.I was concerned about the seat hardness because of other reviews, but it turned out fine in the end.SetupThe seat/handle bar adjustment knobs work well. You turn them enough to release the tension, and pull out against a spring to disengage the pin from the holes in the frame. The instructions don't come with much guidance for how to set the adjustments for your body, but a quick Googling found some comprehensive diagrams of a rider on a bike. That was extremely helpful. It would be nice if the handlebars could slide forward/back, but it's not a big issue. Fancier bikes have that, but I didn't want to spend fancy amounts of money. The seat feels hard to sit on at first try.First RideThe bike is nice to use. After a few minutes of riding the seat no longer feels hard. It's actually quite comfortable. The tension adjustment is easy to get at while riding. It's a smooth ride, although some vibration/noise is more noticeable at higher tensions (chain sounds, I suppose). I can see how a larger flywheel might help mitigate this. The tension is capable of going much higher than I could manage, so I certainly don't think this bike is limited to beginners despite the price. The 30lb flywheel is plenty smooth for my needs. If money were no concern I'd get a 40lb model, but in my mind it's not worth the extra cost. The weight of the flywheel does NOT mean it offers more resistance, in case that's your concern.I'm a runner, and was afraid the smaller flywheel would be too easy for me...not to worry. The bike has been kicking my butt so far (no really, it's a brutal workout!) :)There's another Sunny Fitness model that has a digital console on it for an extra $20 or so (maybe not on Amazon, but I saw at Walmart.ca).I watched a few YouTube instructional videos while riding, but ultimately I'll probably just listen to music and follow a routine based on time. The timer would have been helpful for that.

Entry level spin bike that works
I only ride MTB, I have zero desire or experience with road cycling and don't like roadbike ergonomics, so keep that in mind while I relate my opinion. The bike arrives mostly assembled inside the box and the rest of the assembly is very easy. The flywheel ran true and didn't vibrate out of the box which was great. With a little over a months use I haven't noticed any noises or loose parts. The plastic guard over the drivetrain was cracked on the inside near the flywheel, but not enough that it effects anything.I liked:- It's fairly quiet.- Cranks will take any 9/16 pedals. (put on your own SPDs, flats, whatever...)- There is plenty of room to swap pedals after the bike is assembled. (some other exercise bikes once assembled prevent the pedals from being removed due to no wrench/allen key access)- Fairly stable once leveled.- Loads of resistance from a flywheel & felt pad.- Looks like the plastic drivetrain guard will come off fairly easy to clean/inspect/repair the drive train.I didn't like:- Limited adjustability with a hole & pin system for seat height, seat fore/aft, handlebar height. (In the seat & handlebar shafts, I drilled an extra hole between each of the factory holes which has given a great deal more adjustability)- No fore/aft handlebar adjustment.- Weird saddle and frustrating to adjust saddle nose up/down, fore/aft on the seat rails. (a standard seatpost saddle mount would be excellent)- It's a fixie. (no freewheeling, the pedals are fixed to the flywheel. ie: you can't "coast")- At high resistance levels the pedaling sensation is weird, it's sort of jerky and rough and doesn't feel like an out of the saddle sprint or a grueling climb.- Hard to get reliable speed/distance data because it's hard/impossible to attach a sensor to the flywheel hub, and even then it's still a flywheel with a resistance pad.I got this because I didn't like the idea of putting a carbon frame FS bike with a high end drivetrain on a bike trainer to grind out mileage during the off season.Due to the limitations in the adjustability I cannot get my self perfectly setup on this bike and It is frustrating to want to change something by a few mm and not having the option.I'm not interested in Zwift, but you could likely use Zwift with this bike with your HR/Cadence sensors and rigging up a speed sensor somehow to the flywheel - you won't get accurate speed or power but it would probably be enough to get you moving in the app.***** Sunny Health & Fitness ***** You could instantly make this model significantly better without changing any of the existing components or incurring any extra manufacturing cost, by having more adjustment holes in the seat and handlebar shafts. For example, there is an adjustment hole every 2cm on my bike, it looks like it would be possible to have an adjustment hole every 0.5cm for example. This will eventually wind up on kijiji and I'll get a cheap hardtail MTB & a fluid trainer for my indoor training, but paying CDN$275 for this on sale I feel like I got what I paid for. Any "complaints" I had are really addressed by a higher end and higher price model. This is a solid barebones spin bike that will let you grind out some training mileage when you can't ride outside.

I am 60 year old female - with Spin Teaching experience
I fell in love with spin in my early 40’s - I was never an athlete -started going to a gym with work friends and fell in love - so much so that at the age of 46 I became a personal trainer and group class instructor as a part time job. Again non of us were “athletes” we were a group of middle aged people that found a lot of fun and stress relief in exercise. This bike is just like the spin bikes we used before technology brought us all the gadgets today. This is perfect! I don’t use online classes because I am intrinsically motivated. But I learned that after getting started with a group of people. This is a great bike for beginners- If you have no spin experience I would suggest using it with one of the YouTube online classes. It is important to ensure that you are using it properly- there are 3 major positions 1. Sitting 2.Standing 3. Off seat bent forward on bars. It is also important to learn the “push/pull” of legs. Start with about 5 minutes and slowly work yourself up. Spinning is one of the best cardio exercises out there it is easy on joints and you don’t have to do it for hours 20-30 minutes getting your heart rate up and down HIIT is all that is needed. This is also a great bike because of the cost. I know a great deal of people who spend $1000,s on Peloton’s that rarely get used. After giving it an honest try you find spinning is not for you - you didn’t invest a lot of $$. As an experienced spinner it is also excellent- I am 5’3 - 115 lbs and it fits and handles my body perfectly. The box itself was big and heavy. I broke it down outside and carried the pieces in. My husband surprised me and assembled it. He said it was very easy to put together. Another tip: don’t start buying spin shoes or a nice seat until you think spinning will become a regular practice. I did research before purchasing and I am thrilled with my selection. At the end of the day it is 9 times out of 10 it is not the “exercise equipment” it is the person using it. So big thumbs up!!

Good for the price
This bike arrives in an 80lbs box! You will need assistance picking it up. The seat is very uncomfortable, and hard to install without watching the install video (found on manufacturer website). The bike is a bit wobbly when riding anything higher than average speed. I know people usually say that the difficulty needs to increase to stop the wobble but Ive tried all the intensity levels and it still wobbles. Not too difficult to put together besides the seat, Can do the up-down peloton workouts on it. I’ll be buying another seat for comfort.Another weird thing I wasn’t expecting is that the pedals hurt after awhile. I’m wearing Nike running shoes in the stirrups and by about 20 minutes there is pain in both feet. You get what you pay for I guess, good beginner bike but wish I had spent a little more $$
