Realizo ejercicios de estiramientos para ayudar a mis músculos, pero creo que una herramienta como Accupoint podría ayudarme con la tensión muscular en la espalda.Uso Accupoint acostada sobre una colchoneta de yoga para dar masajes en la espalda y como apoyo para algunos estiramientos.Accupoint tiene una composición que es suave y ligera. Se puede llevar a todas partes. Cualidades que pueden ser una desventaja por que la presión en el músculo no es excesiva.

Product Characteristics- this product was a surprising rubbery type material, I was expecting more of a hard foam like other foam rollers.After 2 weeks of use- I have excessive kyphosis in the thoracic spine/rounded shoulders and forward head posture so I do a lot of stretched and exercises for my back but my upper thoracic spine is hard to stretch out. This definitely helped to turn down my muscle activation after consistent use. It is hard when first using as it can be a little uncomfortable, but over time it gets easier. I would recommend tying your hair up for the ladies and possibly doing it without a shirt on, it makes it easier. I also found it helpful for the neck to go against the wall instead of on the floor. I would definitely recommend this to someone who has erector spinea stiffness.

Great for getting those muscles on either side of your spine, really digs in between the shoulder blades. Always get pops when using this, has helped my upper back and shoulders immensely. I would give it 5 stars if it was a bit more tapered, there is one like that but it is twice the price and this one gets the job done.

A well used product. Me and my wife use this regularly to relieve back tension that the foam roller just doesn't get. It is quite firm so you'll need to grit your teeth at times and keep rolling. Can be difficult to keep centered.

Really great for loosening up muscles around the spine, hamstrings, calves, forearms, and even to squeeze for stress relief. Highly recommend it. If you have this and a roller you can releive most injuries and tightness.
