Amazing product.
Before purchasing, I did some research on KT tape because I was hesitant to believe it would work. I decided to give it a shot after reading a few articles, and I was amazed. I have tennis elbow, and it gets aggravated by playing baseball and lifting Weights with improper form. I develop a pain on the inside of my elbow as well as weakness in the arm. I applied it after playing baseball for a little while, elbow hurting so bad I was pressing my glove against it for pressure to relieve the pain.Within a few seconds of applying I started feeling relief, and I soon felt 100%. I still took it easy for the next week or so to give it time to rest, even though it didn't feel sore at all. The product says it sticks to your skin for 5 days, but it was on my elbow for over 12! I actually had to peel the final piece off because I was tired of people asking what it was lol.Overall, great product. 10/10. A tip to make it last longer. Obviously apply to dry skin, but if it starts to peel, cut the peeled piece off. If you don't, it'll just keep peeling because the peeled piece still has some stick to it and will pull at clothes. Probably why mine lasted around 2 weeks.
