terrible mattress from a terrible seller.....stay away
I've bought a single bed and a mattress from DhabiOne, and when I've opened the mattress cover, the mattress was dirty in on corner as it might be used before, and the mattress itself was very hard and not comfortable at all.I've contacted the seller many times and asked for refund of the mattress because of the quality and dirty, they offered me another softer mattress and for me to pay the difference which is 40 AED, but then they did not call me back as agreed to deliver the new item, so I called them and the owner speck with me and he said that he will not exchange even after I've agreed with them to pay extra 40 AED.No clear information from the seller as every time I call them I got different answer.I've regret that I've bought this through Amazon in which they should protect the customers from sellers in the website.
