Enjoying this book.
I love the pre-planned workouts for sitting-all-day and posture. Plenty of exercises for all parts of the body with clear instructions and pictures. The modifications are helpful for when I am not able to do the exercise as shown. In just one week I 've noticed an improvement in my posture and the way I carry myself. Expect some discomfort doing these myofascial-release techniques but it's worth it and the discomfort reduces in time.

Very helpful!
I've had a roller for a long while and use it for my upper back, but I wanted to know how else I could make use of it. I love this book. It has a lot of uses for the roller, and many in dealing with pain in the various areas of the body. This book is exactly what I hoped for: full of exercises I can do with my roller, great instructions, and it's organized really well.

Great book! Great detail on movements and adjustments
This book is written in a way for a novice to safely perform the stretches and exercises. The authors provided excellent pictures and options for the excercises. I bought this to enhance my spinal stenosis rehab and would definitely recommend this book.

Thorough book of foam rolling exercises
Great book with clear cut exercise instructions, photographs and modifications. I especially like the section for different types of relief according to the anatomical areas that are causing problems. Highly recommend!
