I didn’t realize this had so many recipes! Purchased it for my husband to try new recipes since he loves to grill but I will definitely be making some as well. The recipes look so yummy and the books hardcover is so beautiful and doesn’t look cheap at all!

I bought this for the BBQ chicken with blackberry recipe and it was delicious. I also liked the grilled corn recipe. The book is layed out nice and has some interesting ways of cooking. I'm not sure I'll ever cook in my inside fireplace being in California but I thought it was an interesting thought. I think his method of arranging coals was rather unique and enlightening a I've done a bunch of cooking on coals and do find it annoying that they always burn out too quick. With his methods of arranging the coals it makes them last a lot longer. Thanks!

My youngest son loves the BBQ and I gave him this book. He loves it and has made quite a few recipes for his family. He says the directions areclear and easy to follow and he has had great success with what he cooked. PS I love Michael Symon and watch him on the Chew every day.

Thus cookbook helps you smoke and grill like a pro. Easy to follow and super good food.
