DANIEL SMITHDS W/C 15ML COBALT VIOLET

Cobalt violet watercolor from Daniel Smith, could not be found any were around my city.I ordered this watercolor from Hyatt's Buffalo N.Y. Very happy I did, it arrived earlier than schedule,extremely well packed, in perfect condition, I will order more watercolor products from this store.

Beautiful color never disappointed with Daniel Smith paints.

While this color is pretty I cannot see myself using this at all, I have a hard time working the color and when I was able to get it on paper it felt waxy and would not spread, I tried mixing it and it just would not take I was sadly disappointed considering how well all my other colors behaved

Another lovely pigment from Daniel Smith. Their paints set up well in pans for my travel palettes without drying out to the point of cracking and falling out of the pans such as the paints from Winsor & Newton. Although both companies make lovely fresh watercolor pigments in tubes, I like to rewet mine from small pans and have found the Daniel Smith takes the lead in handling this approach.

daniel smith watercolor tube paint is very nice and goes on very nice on most water color media. the price isn't bad as well.
