Unbeatable product - Follow the instructions carefully
Updated review following repeated failures: This *should* be a great system, but seems to be flawed. I've now had two of these fitted, initially perfectly, but after a few days they have both started to delaminate in the right hand side curved part of the screen. The phone is on a case which does not touch the protector, so it's a mystery to me why this has happened. Unfortunately I can't recommend this now, due to this fundamental failure in durabilityOriginal review:This is truly the best type of screen protector I have come across for ANY device. It's fitted flawlessly to my Note 9. Make sure you follow the instructions! Read them twice, from start to finish before you start! Make sure you have the time to do the job carefully. I fitted mine in a bathroom, on a perfectly leveled surface with the hot taps and shower on to make the room steamy. This makes any dust in the air settle and adhere to surfaces, for a perfect application first time. Again - when you think you are ready to start: read the instructions again and follow them to the letter. You will end up with a perfect, flawless screen protector applied if you do. If it all goes wrong, don't panic..... You can get a warranty replacement glass in the UK for about a tenner direct from the manufacturer and try again. If its your first time applying screen protectors, invest in the 2 pack kit... Then if it goes wrong you can try again. Well worth the money for a perfect fit screen protector, with zero bubbles and perfect touch responsiveness.

A good protector - but the bubbles had to be squeezed out
Had a cheaper protector on my phone. In the end the protector cracked so replaced it. Recommended by a colleague to use this one. Glad I did. The screen resolution is so much brighter with this protector than the cheaper ones and it feels really nice under fingertip. My only advice is that, once you pull the pin out and let the protector sink into the glue, if you have bubbles, then squeeze them out with a credit card or something with a hard plastic edge. I did this and it came out beautifully. Had I not I think I'd have ended up with a few bubbles under the screen.

A fantastic screen protector, if you can install it properly
This screen protector is quite possibly the best available for the Galaxy Note 9. Curved tempered glass. Full adhesion (not just glue around the edges). It is however a bit tricky to install -- though if you're buying this refill pack, you probably already know that. You'll get the screen protector, glue, and the plastic frame thing, but you'll need to have your own UV light for curing. Installation is the same process as before. Follow the provided instructions or whatever YouTube tutorial you used last time.As long as you don't mess up the installation more than once (thank goodness for the second bottle of adhesive) you'll have yourself a fantastic screen protector.

All covered up
I've bought about a few of these thinking my installation wasn't good, but after three on my phone and two on my wife's and two on a friends phone I've realised that something isn't right with the glue.I've always followed the instructions with regards to curing with the uv light but after a few months the protector starts getting little bubbles all around the edges. This is just not acceptable for the price of these items.Very disappointed, really wanted it to work. Currently I've taken mine off.

Avoid
Spent ages reviewing videos on installation and reading the instruction manual.Good idea having 2 glues in case you have problem with installation - definitely predict you will! But main issue is cleaning all the glue before you try again as 2 very small alcohol wipes to clean all the glue from phone/screen protector/tray.Then find UV lamp cures glue and have air bubbles appearing.
