7 months and counting, this product is working a charm. some say after 3 months their laptop is getting weird because of this RAM but it's opposite to mine. Will purchase again from this company.

I highly recommend this product. I purchased originally in 2019 and a little over 2 years later, one of the 2 8gb modules failed. I reached out to ask how long the warranty was and didn't really expect an answer, let alone much help. The customer support team is amazing! They worked with me to determine that one of the sticks was indeed faulty and arranged for a no-hassle replacement of both modules. Couldn't be happier! The memory is priced well and their customer service is top notch!

I've bought their memory in the past and never had any issues. Always works as expected. But finally I had system crashes due to memory error shortly after upgrading my ram. Contacted support and they did a really quick and easy swap. Been a few months and all is good. Had issues with other companies who make you pay shipping for a return. Was thinking about it today and figured I'd hop on and leave a review. Great company, great product.

Hello. I was initially please with the quality and speed of delivery. However, as soon as I put this memory in my computer, the laptop would no longer post/boot. I tried several times. Ended up returning it as defective. Similar memory from a different vendor worked fine.

A nice upgrade for my Dell Inspiron 13 laptop, with now 16GB RAM everything loads faster, smoother, and it can handle more applications at the same time too, really like how it improve the performance of my laptop, highly recommended!

After installing this garbage in my machine, I had more crashes than 50 destruction derbies. I couldn't go more than an hour without a crash, and sometimes even a few minutes. I will NEVER buy Timetec ram ever again. When I swapped back to my 2 8 gb sticks my computer started working properly. I've never been more happy to return a crap product in my life.
