It is good product if you are not a beginner
recommend if you can tolerate the pain as beginners i would recommend to go for no weight before getting this one

It's heavy
I gave it a 4 star because the quality is good but I didn't expect it to be really heavy for my body. Tried it today with my neck, arms and waist and I think I might get bruises for the first week of using it. I didn't expect 1kgm of hola hoop will be too much for my thin body. Thinking to return it and replace it with something lighter. But quality is good!

Bump can cause hematoma on abdomen because it really hard.
Product is good quality.But very hard for a sensitive body not advisable because it will cause hematoma on abdominal area.

I am happy with the product only packaging was completely wrong.... I received the item in a big box which has so many plastic inside to fill up the box.... it was not environment friendly at all ....
