If pillows don’t work this may do the trick
I bought this as I’m in week 27 of pregnancy and I like to sleep on my back, and I want to buy something that encourages me to sleep on my side. I’ve used pillows but whenever I turn over they fall to the floor.This product is supportive, but not too firm or soft. It doesn’t totally prevent me from laying on my back, but my body really likes to sleep on the back!If you turn a lot in your sleep and if you sleep on a double bed like me with a significant other, one side will start to dangle off the side of the bed, but as they are all attached it’s easy to move back into the bed.It does not help with my pelvic pain (side sleeping is hell on my pelvis), but this is not the fault of pillow, but rather pregnancy. That being said I like the almost cocoon feature of the pillow.
