I just scanned the book but it looked fun and interesting

This book is great. It gives you an introduction on skin, with some great details. It also lists some plant, spices and herbs with examples and ideas of what it is good for or can be used for. It also gives you many recipes to make your own beauty products. As well as great beauty tips. If like me you are into more natural beauty remedies then I do think this is a great book for you. I have recently got into home medicine and products and been growing my own herbs and flowers. I can not wait to try some of the ideas in the book! ^^.
