Captain Underpants and the Tyrannical Retaliation of the Turbo Toilet 2000 (Captain Underpants #11)

Excellent kid book. My kids have enjoyed too much reading this book.

To be brutally honest I was dreading reading these books with my son, but 11 books later we still continue to eagerly wait the next installment from Amazon. These books have amazing jokes and endless impossible situations, the bad guys have amazingly silly names like the "turbo toilet 2000" or "tippy tinkle trousers" that added with the outrageous Captain underpants will have you laughing out loud. The movie barely scratches the surface with captain underpants, buy the books.

My son's teacher has said this is too easy for him and he needs to be keeping to challenging books. He's ten and he likes it because it makes him laugh! I'm a teacher myself so am disappointed that he was made to feel that books can't just be read entirely for pleasure. They make me laugh too.

My grandson and I had a good laugh when reading this. Loved it!

My 8 year old loved it, he is a big fan of Captain Underpants !! We started reading the book at bedtime and he finished it within the next couple of days.. he really enjoyed the book so much I've ordered 2 more Captain Underpants.. the book has some brilliant funny illustrations and short chapters which was just right for my son.To be honest I enjoyed reading it too, we still laugh about 'Uranus'

Great, mischievous fun. We have all the Captain Underpants books, and they never disappoint. Glad DP moved away from the deliberate misspellings, too. They're a bit of fun, but can confuse a younger reader.
