Great present
My son loves that it's loud to hear the bread out of the speed, that stand is nice so you can set it up and leave it

Perfect for fun and training
Its a little small, not great in the direct sunlight and the tripod is all but useless (especially in the wind). Its a little slow to reset, but nothing drastic. But other than that the actual device works great. We love it. Definitely worth the $$ compared to higher priced items that in the end probably do exactly the same thing.

Inaccurate and junk
I mean it's a cool concept but accuracy is not there at all checked against high dollar pocket radars and others and found to only read 53 when the expensive one read 80+ I would save up and by a Bushnell or a pocket radar

It does the job
Keep in mind it requires 5 AA batteries that aren’t included. It’s easy to set up, the manual is thorough and straightforward, and it’s accurate. You also have to be accurate in order to get a read. If you sail a pitch, it might not register a reading. If you bounce a ball in the dirt, I’m not sure if the reading is pre- or post-bounce.

Accuracy depends on distance
Used this for measuring speed of disc golf throws. The closer to the radar objects pass, the faster the speed shows. Had a 12mph shift with just a 3ft difference in distance from radar.

Worth the price
Had one small problem with the tripod and I was sent a new one with no issue at all so customer service is great
