Really good planner

I wanted something to keep me on track for my health goals and this certainly has done that with lots of pages to record calories, macros, exercise to do lists and lots more. However it's a bit confusing in its layout. All monthly review pages are all together at the front of the journal instead of being at the end of every 4 weeks so you have to go back instead of going forward. The weeks review includes spaces to record your coming weeks goals which is fine but at the end of that week you have to go back to the beginning of same week to record your wins. It should be at the end of the week you've just recorded. It's as confusing as this review but hope you get the jist of it!

Lovely journal covering all areas to fill in. Quality excellent with faux leather cover.Looks far more expensive than the price I paid. I will order more for gifts

While it is a journal of great quality, the name is misleading.It is NOT a wellness journal. It is exclusively weight loss/diet journal. You track meals, calories, body image, sugar/gluten free food etc.I wish I read other reviews before purchasing two journals…

I love this planer is the best I’ve had it helps me with knowing what I’m eating, knowing my goals and the reason why I want to achieve them and how is super helpful and the stickers are super cute

Everything I was looking for

Arrived very quickly in minimal packaging (excellent) and once I started using it, I quickly found my way around . I did get a bit muddled at first with some of the boxes when inputting the debits per month, but changed it to suit my needs. I am sure I will get quicker as the months go on.

Perfect for tracking my daily calories, sleep, steps and mood all in one place. Love these this is the third one I've ordered. Thank you for making my life easier
