I was having very intense hot flashes, the kind that wake you up at night, drenched in sweat. After doing a little research, I came upon this product and read some of the reviews (my thanks to all of you who do reviews!). I decided to give it a try. I'm happy to report that it has helped tremendously! The instructions that come with the product say to take it once a day, but I needed relief, so I went with 2x/day. After one week, I noticed a lessening in the intensity. After 2 weeks, I was hardly having any hot flashes at all, and if I did, they were totally manageable. I'm on week three now and am having a hard time remembering when the last hot flash was! I will be recommending this product to my friends.

well what can I say but just buy it. I was one of those women whose hormones out of control on the extreme end. I became disabled by fatigue and anxiety. I figured the only relief would be a gun. I went to the doctor for medical assist, however, because of other medical issues, I could not be placed on anything to strong. By the grace of God, I found this product and read the reviews. I had nothing to lose. I bought (1) bottle. WELL THAT WAS ALL I NEEDED. They said give it I month, but I started to feel better right away. After the first dose, I had energy. I started to clean the house. In a week, things started to level off and by the second week I was on the road to my old self. I took it for 30 days and know I feel like nothing is wrong. Once in a blue moon a might feel a little off but not for long. I immediately order (2) bottles. I will never be without it. I have given it to family and have friends taking it. God bless the makers of this product. DON'T change one thing. I do not write reviews, don't have the time. However, in this case I had to. I'm in healthcare, nursing and I was afraid I would not be able to do patient care. This stuff saved my career, sanity and my quality of life. Many products don't deliver, this one did. I know that everyone's body is diff. but for this allergy, over sensitive, off balance women, it WORKED. Plus, now I'm losing weight again, amen.

This is actually a phenomenal product. As an RN, and someone who works on staying fit, I was initially skeptical of a supplement for my menopause. It took less than one week to make me a believer. In that time, I found my hot flashes significantly declined, and my moods greatly stabilized. I am astonished at the efficacy of this product, and have recommended it to everyone I know. If you truly want a change without putting hormones in your body, this is absolutely for you. If I could give it 10 stars, I would.

This is the menopause cure!! For a year after my cycle stopped I battled the worse possible hot flashes, that got so bad I wasn't even able to sleep in the same bed with my husband.. Then the final straw for me was when sex became so painful I could not endure it.. Then I started along the path to get expensive hormonal supplements. Now, that process requires both a pap smear & a mammogram then the EXPENSIVE cost not covered by insurance. So as I was going thru that process.. I ordered this product to get me thru.. I am 6 weeks into using Balanced Femme & it has worked so well, I am no longer pursue the more expensive alternative.. Sweats are gone & sex drive is back!!

Definitely works. Took a break from using it and the flash attack was back. You might need to adjust the amount used daily, either up or down. Think I might have to up mine. This menopause is B.S.:(
