It's not only great for dogs, but my cat too
Our cat was diagnosed with a liver shunt. This makes it difficult for him to process meat products. But he does great with egg and whey. Thank you Square Pet!!

My dog loves it!
Clean ingredients, my dog loves the taste and wipes her bowl clean. But I wish there was more added fibre in the kibble

Perfect!
We had issues getting my puppy to eat dog food from other brands such as royal canin. We got her through her first 6 months by having to put some vegetables like boiled carrots in her food. We tried square egg at a pet store as a sample and our pup ate it up instantly. Since switching her to square egg, we have not had any difficulties feeding her and no longer have to add anything to her food to get her to eat it. Our vet also says she is more energetic and seems happier. Her beautiful shih tzu coat always gets so many compliments. We are so happy to find a food that works.

Misleading food! The kibble is not what it’s supposed to be!
I’ve bought this product for several years it’s been great BUT NOW they seem to think changing the kibble and lie saying its the same, it’s not the same. My dogs had issues with this. It is frustrating. My dogs already almost died from food being wrong. Pay attention to your kibble. It’s not the same anymore on the bag photo. It’s orange with black pepper dots.. the original is the brown squares

Good for those Vegetarian Dogs or People that prefer to feed their Dogs a Vegi Diet
My dogs were a little more than lukewarm to this kibble. They ate it but I could tell they were not super crazy about it since they didn't dive in to their bowls like they do when they get a kibble they really like. This is called "meat free" and uses eggs and whey as the primary protein sources. So eggs from chickens and whey from cows. I guess this is dog food to consider if you are uncomfortable with the idea of your pets eating animals. So, a vegetarian dog... Hmm, whatever. My dogs did fine with the small bag we tried. But since they didn't seem super excited about it we will stick with our regular meat kibble.According to the SquarePets website, this food meets AAFCO nutritional levels for all life stages of dogs. Nutritional and healthy ‘clean’ .
It was perfect for my 15+ Weimaraner which has developed meat allergy. Egg Square is healthy, nutritionally balanced and suitable for the most sensitive digestive systems.
