I bought a bead and bracelet on amazon but after comparing it to my official bracelet I took the bracelet and the bead into a pandora store. I was told straight away that Pandora do not sell on Amazon and rarely offer reduced prices but offer promotions instead like buy two get one free. Two members of staff checked my bracket and told me it was definitely fake (you can tell by comparing the pandora logo font. He did say that the bead above was very good and that had I brought it into the store he would have not noticed at first glance the difference. I have given the bead three stars for this reason I couldn’t see a difference between the bead I bought in store and that one above from amazon that I returned. Please see photos above one bracelet with bead is Pandora and one is Amazon the full bracelet is also official pandora (I did this to compact bracelets). Although you would be hard pressed to tell the beads apart it’s still a lot of money for doubt. I chose to return and buy direct from Pandora for peace of mind. After spending so much on my other charms I really didn’t want fake pandora on my wrist.

I expected it to be in a normal pandora box not a piece of cardboard it was thrown away in the box as it was stuck to the plastic packing and did not see it looking for two boxes assumed they were coming separately I had to go through all the Cardboard to with the dustman and found these two tiny packets disappointed the charms were tiny too not like what I have got from pandora either looking at reviews one said the box was too big so changed it for a smaller one in the shop so how come they came with a piece of cardboard to say I’m happy Is a understatement I’m now going to have to pay for a real pandora box for each one certainly wouldent recommend to any one

A beautiful, decorative heart charm that I treated myself to for my own bracelet but is lovely enough to make a gorgeous gift for any Pandora charm fan.

Very lovely, bought as gift for family member and has lovely filigree design details.

Bought as a gift, came with a small pandora packet rather than a box. But was given as a Christmas present and they liked it.
