Surya Henna Chocolate Cream - 2.31 Oz -2 Pack

I spent my younger years using artificial dye and it wreaked havoc on my hair, but this stuff is super gentle and leaves my hair smelling really good and looking shiny. I've been using it for at least 7-8 years and it always turns out beautifully

I have been using this brand for years. It is the most natural color kit that I found. The only negative point is that it runs when washing one's hair. I keep my water on the cool side when rinsing out the shampoo.When wetting the hair, on the warm side as I only wash it once a week. The color shade is lovely. I have received many compliments on it and it is very close to my natural hair color. I do not use light towels to dry hair, as it does stain the towel yet washes out fine in the washing machine.For me it is a small price to pay for a more natural alternative hair color kit.

I was excited to use this product, because of the natural ingredients. I tried it for the first time and it gave my color a boost, but didn't do much for my grey areas. It just dyed them blondish and even missed a few stands, even though I completely saturated my hair and left it on for 60 minutes. I'll wait to dye again to see if I get better results. If you're looking for total white coverage, I don't recommend. I think it's better suited for color maintenance. Good luck!

This is the best henna I have ever had. Excellent to cover the gray. Easy to use and leaves the hair amazing. I have been using it for many years.

I started using Surya Brasil Henna Cream during the pandemic lockdown to cover my greys & have never looked back. I fluctuate between 75% Chocolate & 25% Mahogany. I like the red highlights that the Mahogany adds. This product is *fabulous*. I leave it on from 2-3 hours & my hair is soft, shiny, & conditioned. ONE time I tried a different brand I found at Target that was slightly cheaper & it ruined my hair for weeks. It was like oil sludge plus Crisco that would not wash out & looked like lard even when my hair was dry-- not that it would even fully "dry". I had to use dishwashing detergent & my hair got stripped of oils & damaged. Don't try any others-- use only Surya Brasil. You won't be sorry.

I’ve used this product for years and love it. Just used this batch, noticed the packaging was slightly different (updated?). Now my hair is dark red, NOT chocolate brown. Help!
