Barlean's Organic Oils Borage Oil, 1000 mg. 60 Count, Bottle

I haven’t taken any yet because I can’t get them out of the bottle. I literally had to pry the first two pills that were in the neck of the cap out and I know I won’t be able to get the rest out because they’re stuck together in a blob holding on for dear life. I’m surprised the two pills that I was able to detach didn’t burst because I had to pull them for so long. Inside the bottle has a fishy smell but upon googling that appears to be normal. I’m going to be requesting a replacement or a refund because for the price I paid, only being able to get two pills out of the bottle is absolutely unacceptable.

I'm an older woman experiencing the trials and tribulations of having (once upon a time) no-problem hair and nails to wondering what the hay happened. I began taking one pill a day rather than the two recommended pills and I tracked my progress. By the end of three months (this was in the late winter months on the east coast), my nails were stronger, no more tears on the side and constant up-and-down nail length. It's hard to review supplements since it's not always apparent what health benefits come from them. All I know is that I have had hypothyroidism for several years and have been treating it naturally and without medication. By following a VERY strict alkaline food intake as well as certain supplements daily, I seem to have reduced or eliminated almost all of my symptoms and am feeling much better. I have done years of research and have consulted several naturopathic doctors before doing this. I don't recommend that you treat any condition without consulting a doctor first.With that being said, this supplement seems to have helped as an addition to the several dozen supplements that I take daily. I'm happy with the quality and value and will purchase this again.
