Love, love, love!
I got 3 different sized pots and especially love the “low” ones. It’s a good weight and I just used this 3.5 QT low one recently to make seafood paella, where it crisp/lightly burnt the bottom of the rice just like traditional paella but when I scooped the rice/contents out, it just came off easily and did not stick to the pot, hence no need to soak etc. I then just gently washed with washing detergent and it looks like new. I’m really impressed plus I like the pink colour! 😅 Not sure how long it’ll last but for now, these are my favourite pots! Just have to be careful to avoid touching the handles when cooking as they get pretty hot, so use the silicon handles that comes with it if you need to hold/move it. Also when removing lid, be careful to avoid the vent where the steam is released to avoid getting burned! I also have the detachable Neoflam set, which I also love but they already showing signs of scratches despite light use and they are more lightweight - will post separate review on those.
