Doesn’t work with MAC and no customer service to fix it
The machine doesn’t work with any of my MAC computer. Tried contacting customer service but not answer. The program is very basic and looks like a knock off. I couldn’t operate the machine to know if the rest work or not but it’s a cheap product. I’m sure it would have been fun for the price if it actually worked. Trying to return the item but I’m suffering and am asked to return it myself to the seller. Overall it has been a headache.Update: Amazon made sure I got a refund for the item.
