Pretty good but not simple
This is a great cookbook filled with great recipes. You'll be cooking like a pro in no time! However, they are not simple 5-ingredient recipes so if that is what you're looking for, skip this one. There are a lot of items that are hard to find and some I had to google to find out what the hell they were! But it's a gorgeous book with pictures of all the meals with easy to follow instructions. Just depends how ambitious you are....or want to be....in the kitchen.

Good Cook Book
I enjoyed the book. The recipes are enjoyable and I like the fact the nutritional information is in the book as well. The ingredients are easy to source. They are also easy to make. I have not cooked anything from the book that I have not enjoyed.The main reason I did not give the book 5 stars is because it does not have a lot of recipes in it given the price, that being said I do not regret buying the book and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for some healthy and tasty cooking recipes.

Simple, loads of flavour and healthy.
Excellent - tasty dishes with a handful of ingredients that aren’t a fat splurge. But taste like they could be. Anyone can build a recipe out of 25 ingredients muddled together. Kitchen genius is making something great from 5. That’s GR!

Brilliant again Gordon !
I love Gordon Ramsay, how shows, books everything. This book was also great, the time he takes to add tips and tricks and give background for each “chapter”. The recipes were fun to try, not overly challenging and the whole family loved them! You’ve done it again GR

very interesting
Just getting into the book, tried chocolate mousse, contains avocados, absolutely , amazing, going to try more. Worth having if you want to eat, simple and better for your health.
