Lovely
Lovely. This was a lovely mix, but why does a pancake mix take so long to arrive? Also it's very very expensive this way so have bought buckwheat flour and will make up my own. What a great way to try things first

Can't read the directions
I am NOT color blind in any area, NONE. Yet the choice of white lettering on a light yellow background for the directions is just a bit beyond STUPID. I have NOT tried to make any pancakes yet, as I cannot read the directions without a very strong magnifying glass, and did not want to hunt one at the time. TERRIBLE and also just plain CRAZY
