Don’t buy this expecting to loose weight like it’s some miracle weight loss product. It’s a shapper and it will cause you to loose weight it’s not in a day or a week but I did loose right at 7 pounds in a month. Also a a added bonus I broke my 7th rib unrelated to the product but when I wore the product with my broken rib it help to keep the rib from moving around helped ease the pain. Buy the product it’s good quality at a good price . Prepare yourself to sweat a lot while your wearing it. It is a tight fit so but maybe a size larger than a shirt size you wear.

Fit was perfect. I was taken aback when I opened the package because how small it looked. I thought it was a tub top for a teenager. It stays in place and it does make my waist sweat. The top rolled down a little bit occasionally while working out but it wasn't bothersome. It isn't noticeable underneath of my workout clothes or casual work wear.

It won't stay in place. It rolls down almost instantly after putting it on. Upset that I didn't have my husband use it as soon as I purchased it cause it's too late to return it now

A 3x in China is like a men's large in America. A 3x in America is a 50-52 in waist. This was at best a 40. I was pleased that I was able to get it on using the put on inside out, then pull up and on right side out method. It stayed flat for approximately 7 seconds, then rolled down and up simultaneously into what looked and felt like a very thin innertube or an overly thick balloon animal type deflated balloon. It rolled off relatively easily. I will save it for when I lose my desired weight which will probably never happen....unless I find one that fits and makes me lose weight like one I had in the 80's that was a nice thick rubbery one. I will probably have to make it myself. You will love this if you are a 40 waist and wish you were a 38. I am a 50 and was dismayed by this very pretty and shiny product with a delusional an inaccurate manifestation of a man's 3X.

Lost 1/2 off waist in a week. Barely notice it is there when working out.

I was skeptical about how this would fit since there weren’t any ways to adjust it. I went down a size, normally I am an XL and bought a L and fit perfect. I wear it all day and apply cellulite heat cream underneath. I have a long torso and this fits me well.Very happy with this purchase. I think I’ll buy another to use when this one is drying after washes.
