I’m beyond impressed and thankful I found this pan. Life saver in every sense of the word! The heat distribution is a huge issue in a regular pan and it is completely solved with this pan. You won’t need any oil for pancakes. It is the perfect size and leaves literally no mess! I’m 100% satisfied with this product. I honestly can’t believe it’s so cheap. It washed really well and safely in the dishwasher. The handle seems to be ergonomic.It took me Under 10 minutes to finish 25 pancakes, that’s how fast the heat distribution is.Wow!!!!! You will not regret getting this pan!

In theory this griddle pan looks great, and with all of it's positive reviews I thought this would be a good buy.Right off the bat trying to flip pancakes was a disaster. It is almost impossible to retrieve the pancake from the small circular mold, let alone flip it back into the mold and not all over the side of the pan. With the help of a fork, knife, and small spatula I eventually flipped the pancake into a smooshed and pathetic form. As if the frustration of not being able to successfully flip the pancakes wasn't enough, the bottom of the griddle started to melt and the smell of burning plastic filled my kitchen. It’s a miracle the fire alarm didn’t activate.*Note* I kept my stove at a level 3-4 (low) heat. See the attached photos. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS.

Exactly what I have been looking for. Wanted to make Swedish plättar (basically mini crepes) which is traditionally made using special cast iron pan but cast iron is such a pain to maintain and keep seasoned. This is perfect. A little hard to keep even heat distribution for each section but my plättar were easily cooked. Easy to clean. And not as heavy as Th e traditional cast iron ones. Probably perfect for eggs for McMuffins and mini pancakes but haven’t tried yet. Very happy with my purchase.

this is a very nice pan, however, don't make the mistake of burning something on it. I accidently burned food on it, and when cleaning off burned food the coating peeled off and the burn marks will not come off. My suggestion use as it says pancakes only. I expected the coating to be thicker and hold up to a deep cleaning: For the $$ spent on it. Again a good pan just don't radically clean it, from burned on food.

I like the ability to make perfectly round pancakes that are easy to flip. It took couple of tries to get the hang of it and manage heat (keep it on medium flame) and amount of batter to avoid overflow. My children love these because they can grab them by hand and don’t need to cut them. I was excited to use them for eggs too but large and extra large eggs tend to overflow because the pan isn’t deep enough.
