i was pleased with what i received, but the wife has not used it yet. looks like we can not afford steak.but i might use on the bbq

It's okay not great
It's okay build quality is not the best but it was quite cheap. Need to season it going forward and hope it gets better with age.

Stick it on top of your bacon when frying. Bacon stays flat, gets crispy quicker - what's not to like!
