Garden of Life Dr. Formulated Organic Brain Health Memory & Focus for Teens and Young Adults 60 Tablets

I have a teen take this right now. The pills are a little large. She says they have a weird taste but not bad that she will not take as she has to cut in half. Quality is great no DHA as she can’t take and most products for memory or focus have it in it. Effectiveness: I can see her more focus and mild clarity when she taken it. I would continue to buy it for her.

I love Garden of Life products, but with this one, I haven't actually noticed a difference. Next time I'll probably try it in conjunction with their Dr. Formulated 100% Organic Coconut MCT Oil.

I started using this for my son who has ADD. This worked great to focus and get his work done without the side effects of stimulants or mindlessness of antidepressants. I started taking it when I was having trouble focusing when I went back to school as well. Great product!

I don’t normally review products, but if you’re like me, I research everything that goes into my body. I hope this review helps.I’ll start off by saying that this isn’t a miracle supplement, so don’t expect to just take it and everything be “normal”. I have a really scattered thought process, and with more responsibilities, it made it hard to remember certain things. I have noticed a rather big difference when taking this, but I did not take it alone. I changed my diet to more whole, anti-inflammatory foods and cut out a substantial amount of added sugars. I work out a little harder to increase blood flow and focus on being more organized. This supplement has helped when it comes to supporting all of those efforts, so I will keep taking it.
