I read some reviews where customers were confused and thought they had a defective device due to it shutting off within a few minutes of use. The device is on a timer, it shuts off after a few minutes because it’s not meant for you to rub it on your face all day long. If you want to use it again after it shuts off simply turn it back on. Read the instructions, it explains how to put the device on the hot or cold feature, on the vibrate feature, and how to achieve your desired skincare results.With that being said, I love my device! My skin feels great after each use. I definitely recommend it for beautiful, healthy skin. 😊

I would highly recommend this product. I primarily bought it for the cold setting to tighten up skin and reduce puffiness under my eyes in the morning. It has done a perfect job of that so far! I noticed a difference to my skin right away. An added bonus for me was the heat setting that helps my moisturizer soak into my pores completely and really cuts down on dryness of my face! Love this product!

I have never purchased a product that I have loved more!Very soothing warm setting that helps facial serum penetrate quickly. The cold setting is by far my favorite reduces redness and puffiness around my eyes.

This was quite expensive, I charged it as per the instructions, and nothing, the light activated but nothing else did.Re-read the instructions, but basically, they were simple, let charge for 3hours and your ready to go...only it wasn't.I decided to let charge overnight, but exactly the same result.I am sad, but decided on a refund, and think the quality is poor considering the price is almost $80
