The earlier pair I bought was 5 stars and was so comfortable, this one though supposedly the same hurt the foot near the straps

Hard plastic is painful on my heel ; little arch support , uncomfortable hard and slippery plastic surface makes taking steps unpleasant- very dissatisfied— I took off the tag so could not return it

I went to the podiatrist for my flat feet. He recommended wearing orthotics. I didn't want to use inserts because I live in Florida and I use a lot of sandals he recommended ooffs and he also recommended these. I had a pair of ooffs I find them to be a little wide and loose. I have narrow feet. These orthotic sandals above are wonderful. They are not as wide as the oofs and has good support. They're very very comfortable. I recommend these above and beyond. Oofs. I will definitely get more of these

buen producto, me duraron exactamente 1 año, ya voy por mi segundo par, si me sirven para mi pie plano, alivio instantáneo al dolor de espalda, al principio se sienten muy justas, pero con el tiempo y las lavadas dan de sí, y ya te quedan mucho mejor, se adaptan a la forma de tu pie, pero si después de 1 año ya necesitas otras, el soporte de arco ya no es tan duro
