So far, I've only had the red chile pasta. On first bite the salt was overwhelming! The taste was ok. Didn't really taste like red chile, mostly due to the dehydrated bell peppers in the main mix... which took over the flavor profile. There wasn't much cheese taste either... mostly garlic and salt. I added some salsa con queso to this and it was pretty good.

Easy to prepare, well packaged, these meals are great for camping. We prefer the Mac and Cheese to the grits, but they are all delicious!

Amazing product. Fishski’s food is absolutely delicious. They pack incredibly well while camping or just eat them at home. So much more flavor than other Mac and cheese or grits.
