It pulls itself loose from the electrical outlet
It hangs loosely from the electrical outlet. If you plug in a couple of transformer power adapters, just the weight will occasionally pull it so lose the power disconnects. This is a big problem for a swivel design aimed at fitting into hard to access locations. (If you only want to plug in a couple of lamp cords you don't need something this big and complex.) So only 2 stars.Looking back, other people had encountered this problem too, but they'd rated it 4 and 5 stars anyways. I should have read what they wrote instead of trusting the number of stars they used.

Can't handle weight
In theory this product is a great idea. Unfortunately, due to the fact that there is only one set of prongs on the back of the unit, it has a tendency to fall out of the wall if you plug a transformer that has any weight into it.

Needs improvement, but almost awesome
Excellent product, but the fact that it only plugs into the lower recepticle with just a single plastic prong to fit into the ground of the upper recepticle makes this receive 2 stars from me. Everytime I plug something in or remove a plug, I have to grip the unit with my other hand, but it still moves around. And if I have the plugs filled, the tension pulls the unit away from the recepticle because the single plastic prong on top does not fit tightly. I have had to stick heavy duty velcro on the unit and my recepticle to make it stick firmly, and it was difficult finding good velcro that would let the unit sit flush against the recepticle. Still wiggles.

Good brand, Decent price. Easy to use.
I bought this on Prime Day, as the one I wanted was a few dollars more. However, I've used CyberPower products in the past, and have not had an issues. The device is solid, but the sockets turn with ease. The lights are easy to see when lit up, and the entire unit feels secure, once in the wall. Fairly straight forward. (I didn't understand the "Cord Length" in the Rate Features section, as this doesn't have one, so I gave it five, thinking zero would give it bad marks.

Poor-ish design.
This unit barely holds on to a receptacle with absolute minimal prongs on the back side to plug into a standard wall outlet. One slight nudge or bump and it comes loose or falls to the floor, cutting power from everything plugged into it. One must exercise great caution when attempting to remove something plugged into it. I also found the inputs to be too close together such that only some of the receptacles can be used in practice with anything but simple plug-ins. Adapters of any kind will block access to adjacent inputs.
