1.74m guy needs some padding on the knee part.
I would've liked the other chair with longer knee support all the way to the ankles better, but they didn't have it. This one works OK somewhat but if you're kneeling for longer periods I suggest putting a small pillow on the knee cushion to raise and pad the knee/shin area(I use a cheap memory foam pillow and it works well).Three stars because it needs some extra effort for the work. Otherwise build quality is pretty solid, on par with a certain famous Swedish furniture company.

helps with posture but a bit hard on knees
Easy to assemble. Nice design. Improves posture and relieves pressure on back. But depending on your size and weight, it may not be so great on the knees - in our experiences.

Something's not right
Somehow they've made it at the wrong angle or something, put's a lot of pressure on the shins, cannot sit in this for very long.
