Product is good but shipping and packaging had no thing to stop it from being squashed. Was bought as a gift and now can’t use it as it looks like a mess.

Looks good, however for the price I was expecting something more robust. For example the muddler is very light.

I ordered this for a relative but I have another shaker and the Barrillo pour spouts. This is a great brand!!!Others are having trouble getting the lids off of the shaker, here is the trick. Don’t jam the top on there real tight!! Just put it on a little bit and shake! Also if you take the small lid (On top of the strainer) off first the other will come off easier. But really , you don’t have to jam It on real tight, it won’t leak.

i bought this for a dinner party i hosted and the main three parts locked when i tried making my first cocktail. i had two of my guests try opening it with no luck. now it is sitting in my kitchen sink, unable to be opened and full of what was supposed to me a margarita.

I have used my new shaker a few times so far, and so far I am very happy and have no complaints! The shaker holds a decent amount of volume for martinis and cosmos, which is really good. The main problem that I have had with other shakers is that the removable spout gets "welded together" with the top and you cannot remove it, even with adding hot water. I have read that this has a lifetime warranty, so if this ever happens to me with this shaker, Mr. Guy Shalit you can count on me contacting you for a full replacement!! I wanted to start making my own cocktails at home and I am so glad I got this bartender kit. Having all the essential accessories is very convenient to be able to make all sorts of cocktails. And finding a bartender kit with a muddler was important to me b/c I wanted to be able to make my favorite cocktail, the mojito, at home. I had no problem using the shaker and the built in strainer is great. Everything makes a tight seal and no leaks anywhere. A couple things I noticed while using the kit was (1) I feel the edges of the shaker pieces and the jigger are kind of sharp since it is stainless steel. So be careful hand washing these too vigorously, may end up injuring or cutting your hand somehow. It hasn't happened to me yet, but I felt the sharpness while i was washing them. (2) Again b/c of the quality of the product using the shaker filled with ice, it gets really cold in your hands. Perhaps its normal, I don't know, since this is the only kit I've used as a beginner. And it doesn't take anything away from how glad I am for purchasing this product. But just something I noticed.
