Hanset is handy, Software update not available
Phone was not supporting the software updates and from service center it been understood that (from IMEI #) the device is manufactured in Korea and updates can be done only from Korea, which is not an effective option.

I was a little wary because of the internetreviews. No issues with item purchase. Easy to communicate with seller. Product arrived very quickly, well packaged. Sealed, overseas model with plug converter provided.Battery drains a lot quicker than my old Samsung 7 but perhaps the phone just chews through battery life.
