Not as durable as mentioned

I don’t know why I was expecting something that would be flat until you fill it with water. It is exactly what it looks like in the pictures even when it’s empty. I guess I was expecting like a beach ball kind of thing? Anyway, this thing is great. It took maybe two minutes to fill with water and I can hold it over my head with the plug side down and feel secure that it’s not going to leak. It provides a really nice workout for those who don’t want to go to a gym or don’t have the room for tons of equipment. That was why I bought it. I don’t have room, nor do I want bulky equipment. This can slide right under my bed when I’m not using it and it is extremely durable and feels safe to store really anywhere. I guess the only very very nit picky complaint I could think of is it smelled very rubbery for maybe a day. Other than that, this thing really is unique, useful, and completely worth the money. I’m so glad I found it.

No need for dozens of kettlebells because the weight can be controlled by the amount of water that is put in it.

I love how creative you can be with your workout with the Bosu HB25! The handles make holding on securely very easy and that frees you up to get really creative with different angles of presses, lifts, etc. It is large, so if you are shorter or a woman you may find that you catch the free handle on the floor if you squat deeply while using it as a kettle bell.I already have ordered the smaller round HB12 for my gym as a smaller one will be handy for shorter people to use as a kettlebell.
