Worked miracles on my sore feet.
I have suffered from chronic foot pain for years and since using these in all my shoes and boots I have very few problems.

They fit, they support my feet, and the price is right. I walk heavily on the outside of my feet, and soft insoles of even expensive shoes conform fairly quickly, allowing my feet to cant to the outside, and making the shoe uncomfortable to walk in.These insoles are tougher, don't conform at all, support ,my feet properly, and therefore prolong the life of my shoes.

Watch out with carbon fiber sharp edges
The insoles look really nice, and you can walk with them. The problem is standing up. Because of the sharp edges of the carbon fiber at the bottom, there's a lot of pressure on your heels when standing up. The carbon fiber edges should have rounded. I'm returning them.
