Pot Stickers for Small Flying Insects (Pkg of 10)

Very messy to handle- even when you’re being careful.

Product stays sticky for months and keeps catching gnats. Safe and easy to set up.

I used these outside on tarnished plant bugs (smaller than flies) that were attacking my daylilies. It worked fairly well. It caught alot of the little buggers but not any of the beneficial insects.

These do what they’re supposed to, they catch small houseplant pests, especially fungus gnats, like a charm. They’re also a cute shape and the amount you get is worth the money.HOWEVER the packaging & listing claim the adhesive doesn’t stick to hands, and this is just not true. My set came as a sticky mess, with adhesive all over the inside of the shrink wrap and on the twist ties; it was obvious they weren’t packaged very carefully, and as a result I got adhesive all over my fingertips. I tried washing them with hot water & soap and it did nothing since it’s waterproof adhesive. So I tried mechanic’s orange-glo soap, still nothing. I resorted to using 90% isopropyl alcohol and nail salon cotton disks to rub it off, and it still took two disks and a lot of friction.I would recommend using gloves when handling this product, and I would hope the manufacturers would take more care in how they package them in the future.

My houseplants became inundated with fungus gnats, and other methods - being careful not to overwater, hydrogen peroxide mixed in with their water, repotting, etc. - were not working to control the infestation. The Pot Stickers did the trick! My plants are returning to health! My only complaint is that they are difficult to work with. Their claim that "special glue won't stick to fingers" is untrue. It must have looked like a bad cartoon LOL getting the glue on my fingers and then anything I touched while attempting to get the protective backing off got stuck too. For the second set I purchased I used spokes from an old bicycle wheel and bent the end into a hook to hold the Pot Stickers. You just have to be very careful when working around your plants to avoid touching the Pot Stickers or getting them stuck to the plant. Worth it because they saved my plants!

The product works fine, however it arrived in bad shape. It was all stuck together & it is difficult to separate the individual pieces. It also seems to have leaked a yellow globby substance in the bag. Although over all it is a good product, I doubt I'll order it again thru the mail.

I really like this product. It was easy to use.Here's some tips on how to use:1) When removing it from the package grab by plastic paper that's on the butterflies. Grab front and back and take all of them out at once.2) Grab one by the bottom pt. It's not sticky.3) Have mineral oil ready. If you get adhesive on your fingers just wash your hands with some mineral oil. It took it right off.

Read about these online and the price is great on Amazon especially with prime shipping. Just put these in your indoor plants and get rid of those pesky flying bugs within a month. I have been using them for two weeks and it is recommended to go for 4 to make sure you get all of them as they move through their lifecycle. We just moved and I replanted my herb garden in pots before we moved and the little flies came with the soil and dug in at my new place because it's so humid here. But with a little luck, I will have bug free plants by Thanksgiving​.
