I decided to try these to help increase fiber and also cope with the effects of my very high protein diet as a result of weight training. I highly recommend starting out with one for at least 2-3 weeks as others have suggested to see how you feel. Sometimes I do have to take 2 which is when I do experience more cramping but either way, I avoid the painful constipation due to the high protein consumption. One usually keeps things regular without the extra side effects, 2 is occasionally needed but does have some of the extra side effects. Either way, I’m never having to like run to the bathroom. I take one every day with the rest of my vitamins and supplements and this has been a game changer.

I had purchased these supplements back in 2023 after a recommendation from a friend. I had moved in 2023 as well and had put these in storage. I just got them back and forgot about them, I took two along with my other daily supplements assuming it would be something just to help me keep a flat tummy. Well it definitely did everything it promises! I didn’t even realize how backed up I had been but thanks to these, I feel like I’ve been cleaned from the inside out! I took two of them and it did cause my tummy to hurt a little but it still got the job done.

I bought this after some research. The one month supply per bottle, cleanse support, and digestive enzymes are great. I appreciate the non-stimulating formula, prebiotic fiber, and the support for my digestion. The herbal detox, natural ingredients, and targeted delivery are bonuses. It's also gluten-free. I'm satisfied with my purchase and results.

Gentle but effective......for me

I read many reviews before trying this product and decided I would take the chance. Since every person's body is different to say nothing of gender, weight, age etc., there is really no way to predict what may happen for you. This is simply my experience. I know enough about this type of product to know it's a good idea to start out with half the recommended dosage. I took one capsule to start with and have continued with just one as that works great for me. I'm also aware that it takes about 12 hours, when your body is functioning well, for food etc. to pass through. With that in mind I took the first capsule about 4:00 in the afternoon. That seems to be the right timing for me. The first dose I had a couple of mild cramps which I knew would be gas passing, but that was the extent of my discomfort. It absolutely cleanses. I have been dealing with the after-effects of two hysterectomy type procedures that no one mentioned would affect my bowels. Without getting into detail, I will say before those procedures I was "perfect" with rare exceptions. Since, it's been a struggle. And I wanted to get rid of the product that was recommended to take after the procedures as I finally read the ingredients and it certainly not natural! Does the word plastic mean anything to anyone? So, after almost 2 weeks of utilizing this product I feel like I've found a very good solution. I don't think it's intended to be a long-term one but for me, it is at this point the best option I've found to keep things on track daily

These are dangerous. I don’t know whether to give a full 5 star review or 0 stars bc omg they work but omg it hurt. I am a chronic constipation sufferer and have tried every fiber supplement from miralax to magnesium citrate. THESE are otherworldly. Aside from the excruciating cramps they gave me, I am cleared out from top to bottom. I would not recommend taking these daily, they should strictly be a last minute option. I would say they are a step above magnesium citrate on a strength level. Please be careful omg.

I love this product. I buy it all the time. Never had cramp or pain. Using it once or twice a week. I tried couple other brans nothing worked as good.
