High Quality and Fairly Priced
The book arrived within 16 hours from purchasing which was great. The collection itself is one of the best I've ever owned with page edges painted silver, (I believe) every piece of Lovecraft's work included with a scrapped draft of Shadow Over Innsmouth added too, as well as, a nice bit of information about the pieces at the start of them. Not to mention, the beautiful illustrations on the outside and inside.

Compratela!

A perfect book for two weeks of holidays, but the stories are ordered poorly
As someone who has learned English as a foreign language, I take every chance I get to widen my knowledge. When Amazon showed me this amazing looking version, I knew that I had to buy it - not only because I needed a book for two weeks of holidays, but especially because of the great design. It looks and feels even better then the pictures suggest, and for this price it is just a must-have.Now, take into account that I've never read anything by H. P. Lovecraft before. Of course I have heard of him, but this book was my first time ever to really read one of his stories. And well, I have to say: A lot of them are pretty great, but most are average to bad. Maybe I am to critical of a writer from a century ago, but on the other hand, writers like Sir Arthur Conan Doyle produced very modern and to this day thrilling stories even before Lovecraft. Especially this "Dreamland"-cycle could not win me over, it was really just to much phantasy for me - also his early stories like "The Beast in the Cave" or "The Alchemist" (I mean, come on: The main villain is called Charles le Sorcier and his father is called Michel Mouvais... sounds like something out of a 4th-graders pen, doesn't it?) just made me cringe instead of shiver. And this is a real downside of this book: The stories are ordered very poorly, for the first six or seven stories are really his worst ones. For people like me, who start to read it without knowing anything from the writer, this sets of a pretty bad first impression. But of course, later come his great works - "The Call of Cthulu", "Cold Air", "The Colour out of Space", and many more. So, if you are like me and have a lot of time on your hands, you'll have fun with this book.

A must have for any Lovecraft fan!
As a longtime fan of Lovecraft's literature and cosmic horror themes in general, I must say this is really amazing. The complete original works of Lovecraft, stories and poems are all included. The page quality is just wonderful, and the cover art is simply astonishing. The silver shiny edge of the pages is also a lovely bonus.A must have for any Lovecraft fan or collector. One of the best published collection of the complete works of Lovecraft. The delivery was also speedy and the book came in good packaging as well!
