Excellent for carrying phone and keys when out for a run.

I bought two of these belts for my wife and I and it works great for holding our phone, headphones, and two keys while we run or walk. I think the elastic belt is well made and the modulus is not too tight when stretched so it is comfortable to wear for extended periods.

This has been better than expected, fits my iPhone 11, spare headphones and keys so I can walk/run freely just carrying water. Recommend.

The company makes a version of this belt with a hole in the back of the pocket for insulin pump tubing, but the hole is unnecessary for me. It's much easier to just have the tubing hanging out of the end of the zipper than it is to unhook the pump, thread the tubing through the hole, hook the pump back in, and reverse the process when I want to take the belt off. If I need the tubing to come out the other side of the zipper, I can just flip the belt upside-down. The pump (a Tandem T:Slim X2, although my old Medtronic pumps are of similar size) fits neatly into the belt's pocket (which is made of a flexible spandex-like material that expands as necessary). The belt comfortably holds my pump in place while I sleep. It can be worn under or over my shirt/PJs. It's easy to clip the belt catches into place and to unclip them to remove.
